Insightful conversations
We spent the week meeting new contacts and catching up with long-time North American partners. The questions were both practical and straightforward. What kind of sauna and materials lasts under intensive, or daily, use? How does a tailor-made sauna design project fit to short delivery time expectations from the end-customers? Where and how can DWILD help sauna companies with better delivery of the project? Answering questions from our customers helps them to align their work better, rather than just working on assumptions.

What projects are asking for right now
Longevity, engineering capabilities and material choices came up in almost every conversation. Sauna design and expectations from what sauna can offer, in design and complexity, is raising its head also on the Northern American market. Customers also want more durable saunas and saunas and to age well. Easy and effortless installation matters just as much. For us the pattern is clear.
How DWILD fits these needs
DWILD builds tailor-made saunas with an engineering and design led process. We start from drawings, available space and sauna location on customers’ site, and plan and model the sauna in 3D to make sure our product works as intended – all the time, and every time.
Our engineering team makes sure that the sauna structure, tolerances, and dimensions are correct before the sauna goes into production. We have processes and KPI’s in place to make sure we deliver consistent results across all of our saunas, whether it’s an indoor or outdoor sauna, or private or public saunas. The goal is to minimize any unwanted surprises on site and deliver a sauna made with the highest craftsmanship and a sauna that performs as intended.
In practice this means clear documentation, correct material choices in all sauna structures, and elements that arrive guaranteed to fit.
If we did not meet in Las Vegas, let’s set a time to talk.
